27-Mar-04 build notes:

This is the first build I've done since all the older phoenix/firebird builds from Aug/2003 to Feb/2004.

I've not kept up with firefox, but it seems to have an enourmous number of bugs making it pretty much useless at this point. I only uploaded this in case someone wants to test a build made on FC2-test that is 100% up to date from the development branch.
